Hooooooly moly you’re right. Hahaha I don’t know what I’m gonna do… :p
You came to this world and you spoke a word,
And the word was ‘Love’.
It was a lonely word at first,
But it grew and grew;
And now, it echoes into eternity.

Whoa, I thought I was the only one. I just can’t see Noatak as Amon no matter how hard I try.
Same with Anakin Skywalker and Darth Vader. I know they’re the same person, but my brain refuses to accept that, haha.
It’s pretty obvious that Amon is someone Noatak created. Someone he wanted to be and someone he became. No, they are not the same person because Amon’s ideals do not match up with who he is. I think he WANTS to be Amon. Not Noatak. That and people are often very different when they leave their past behind and wear a mask. They create personas and behave very differently. Amon is Noatak’s persona. A separate identity.
That’s a good point… seems pretty obvious but somehow it slipped past my mind. You’re right, Amon isn’t Noatak, Amon is an identity that Noatak often assumed. I guess I was thinking of Amon and Noatak as both being two sides of the same person (and my mind was struggling to mesh the two together) but now I can see that’s not really the case.
Makes a lot more sense… kind of wondering how I didn’t pick up on that before.
